If a proposed event meets one or more of the following conditions, an Event Form must be submitted to the Florida Whips Board and approved before the event can be calendared (events in the process of being approved may be calendared as “tentative”):

1. Fees will be charged to participate (does not include Florida Park fees).
2. The Event is to be co-sponsored with another organization.
3. Commitments for expenditures of money will be made.
4. There is a possibility of profit or loss.
5. It is to be a “public event”.
